Contracts and renewals for multi-entity companies

Know what you’ve signed before it renews.

Derive keeps every agreement, its value and its renewal date against the supplier, and connects it to the purchase orders and invoices that follow.

A contract in Derive: Gresham’s order form, active, with a contract value of USD 2,250,000.00 (2,100,000.00 original plus 150,000.00 in variations), 2,195,000.00 billed to date, a 36-month term that auto-renews on 30 days’ notice, and the purchase orders and bills against it.

Every purchase, from the rule to the invoice

One record for every supplier agreement

Each agreement sits against its supplier with the signed document and its key details: dates and values. Every entity’s agreements live in one place. Group finance sees everything. Local and regional managers see only the agreements that apply to them.

When several entities use the same supplier, you can see it, and you can start a group conversation instead of negotiating site by site.

Reminders ahead of every renewal

Set alert windows ahead of a renewal or a cancellation deadline, for example 30, 60 or 90 days. The right person is reminded while there is still time to renegotiate, change the tier or end the agreement.

Keep track of what has been agreed

See the contract value, approved variations and the amounts billed. Follow the purchase orders and invoices that relate to the agreement, so the next renewal decision starts from the full record.
