Procurement for multi-entity companies

Purchase requests shouldn’t live in your inbox.

Raise, approve and turn requests into purchase orders across every entity. Finance sees the budget impact before anyone says yes.

One platform to manage requests.

Every purchase, from the rule to the invoice

One set of rules across the group

Set your approval rules once and apply them to every entity. For example, a $300 office supply request can approve automatically or route locally, while a $50,000 fit-out escalates to executive management, whichever entity it comes from. When you add an entity, the same rules apply to it.

See the budget impact before saying yes

The request shows the supplier, entity, line items and quote beside its impact on the entity budget and the GL account budget. A request can fit the entity budget and still push one GL account over its own, and Derive shows both.

Keep the commitment connected to the invoice

When invoices arrive, they match against the purchase order’s value or lines, so you can see what has been billed and what remains. The original request stays within reach, and the purchase order links to the supplier agreement where there is one.
